From the airport, head west on Highway 71 until reaching I-35. Take I-35 north and exit at Dean Keeton (26th St.). Proceed west on Dean Keeton (towards the UT Campus) to San Jacinto, where you will turn left (south) onto San Jacinto. Proceed south on San Jacinto, approximately one block. Parking is available in the garage on the east side of San Jacinto (just before the guard shack). A fee is required for parking in the garage.
From the parking garage, walk south on San Jacinto to 24th Street. Follow 24th Street west until reaching the next intersection which is Speedway. The ACE building, in which the AVAYA Auditorium is located, is on the southeast corner of 24th street and Speedway.
